August W. Caimi, Esq., of counsel, completed his undergraduate studies at Harvard before getting his J.D from Boston Law School. He has served as a Los Angeles superior judge and has been an attorney for major companies and law firms alike, including being the senior counsel for Hilton Hotel Corp, worldwide. Mr. Caimi specializes in business, real estate, nonprofit, and entertainment law. In addition to being an experienced mediator, Mr. Caimi is also a board member for the El Segundo Educational Foundation.

Kirk Scott is the Philanthropic Advisor for Seton & Associates and handles all of the marketing, branding and advertising for the firm.
